Fred currently has nine new colored pencil drawings in “Don’t Wake Daddy IV” at Feinkunst Krüger in Hamburg Germany. The show has been exceptionally well received with more than half of the works sold by the end of the opening reception. Fred will be in a four person exhibit at the gallery in May.

Spring will be especially active for Fred with exhibitions scheduled around the country. Howard Scott Gallery in Chelsea will be hosting a solo show of his work, opening April 8, to be accompanied by a catalog surveying recent work as well as work the gallery has exhibited over the years.

The Rockford Art Museum will be presenting the exhibit: “Alchemy and Image” May 7 through August 29. This 3 man exhibition includes the work of Fred Stonehouse, TL Solien and John Wilde.

The University of Texas at Arlington will be mounting a joint exhibit of the work of Fred Stonehouse and Mike Noland from March 22 – April 24, 2010. The show will consist of examples of their artwork and selections from their idiosyncratic personal collections.

It was just announced that Fred’s work will be included in the upcoming issue of Rojo Magazine. Rojo is a text-less international art magazine published from Barcelona, Sao Paolo and Milan. Release date is: 10/01/2010
